In a 2-3 hour session, we'll:

• Discuss your family's needs over the next 5-10 years

• Reality-check renovation costs, timelines, and feasibility

• Compare the true costs of renovating vs. moving

• Help you see the tradeoffs clearly

You'll receive a written summary of your options and our professional recommendation on what makes sense for your situation. Some families move forward with renovation and hire us for architectural services. Others decide to move or stay as-is. Either way, you'll have clarity.
